Spring Branch Memorial Lacrosse Club

HISTORY

The Spring Branch Memorial Lacrosse Club was started in 2002 to provide 7th and 8th grade girls the chance to learn the game of Women's Lacrosse. Some of the girls who started wtih the club are now playing for Memorial High School Varsity's Team.

THE NAME

The name was chosen because most of the girls attend Spring Branch Middle School (Bears) and Memorial Middle School (Eagles), thus BEAGLES.

TODAY

The teams are split into an A Team consisting of 7th and 8th graders who have experience playing and a B Team of 6th and 7th graders who are just starting out. The teams will play other Houston area teams.
